June 5 Announcements

With Zetaboards finally here, many new changes are in the process of being made. I will keep you posted on important information here. Check out the new contests that have been made, courtesy of PacisEtBellum and Hydrodragon. I would also like you guys to notice the new blog feature. In the links on the boards (by the stadium), there is a list of all the blogs made so far. You can also make your own by going to the dropdown "Blog Setup" on "My Preferences."

The Dueling School's Code of Conduct (6/2)
1) Do not flame another member of the board! Please, do not flame anyone. This is one of the most serious offenses that anyone on this board can do. Flaming is when you mindlessly insult another member of the boards. This is especially when you swear at them. It is okay to give constructive criticism, but don’t just say anything like: “Oh my gosh. This is the worst deck that I have very seen!” 2) No sexually offensive material! If flaming is not the most serious offense that you can do, this is. Sexually offensive material is material that contains pornography in it, generally images. This includes linking to external images with pornography. Most offenses of this rule will lead to a very long suspension, if not expulsion. 3) Keep spamming to a minimum! Spamming is when you post material that is completely off-topic and posting the same content over and over again just to raise your post count. This will not be strictly enforced, but is still a rule. 4) Do not avoid the filter! Avoiding the filter is when you put some sort of symbol or space in the middle of a curse word to cause the censor not to kick in. 5) Don’t repeatedly advertise! You may advertise in the designated forum in your dormitory, but not repeatedly, and not in any other forum. If you repeatedly break this rule, you may find yourself suspended and your site censored. 6) Use your Common Sense! This is by no means a complete guide. You must use your common sense when posting. If you need to ask a question, ask it in this forum. You will get a straight answer, if you do that. 7) Do not discuss the following topics: Sex Illegal Downloads/Piracy Other People’s Personal Information Illegal Material 8) Do not have Massive Signatures Your signature image(s) may be no more than 500 pixels in length. You may have as many as you would like in your signature, but their total height may not be more than 200 pixels. We will only ask you to change your signature if it is obvious. Also, make sure that there is no pornography, or bashing of another person. 9) Respect our Decisions As the staff, we are forced to make some decisions that could affect you. You must respect them. You may not start a thread, or post about any decision that you do not like. 10) Please, do not act like a moderator when you are not. You do not have authority over the members of this board, nor can you make the rules. 11) Have Fun! Enjoy your stay here. Do not let all of these rules make you think that we are strict; we really are quite loose. No one who is unfriendly has the position of Staff Member.
